Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

ARs:

- Mike write text for contract to complete IBISCHK message help.
  - In progress.

IBISCHK 6.1.3 testing:
- Mike showed emails to and from Atul.
- Mike: We are waiting for one more code drop with error message enhancements.
  - It suggests the file may be the wrong format, but that should be dropped.
  - It is at least as likely that the file has missing dependencies.
  - Also "could not be processed" ahould be "failed to load".
